Top Products specializes in custom-fabricated cultured marble showers and tops and laminate countertops for residential and commercial projects. All products are made-to-order and professionally installed to meet manufacturer standards and local building requirements. Our focus is quality workmanship, safety, and long-term durability.
Customer Expectations, Policies & Warranty
Installation Standards
All installations are performed in accordance with manufacturer guidelines and industry best practices. Final appearance and performance may vary based on site conditions, existing framing, cabinet levelness, wall conditions, plumbing locations, and customer-selected finishes.
Measurements, Templates & Fit
All measurements are based on site conditions at the time of template or order. Changes to cabinets, walls, or appliances after measurement may require re-template and may result in additional charges. Out-of-level cabinets, bowed walls, or out-of-square corners may affect final fit and appearance.
Changes, Modifications & Additional Work
Any changes requested after installation that are outside the original scope of work are considered customer-requested modifications and may require additional charges.
Final Acceptance
Upon completion of installation, the customer or authorized representative must inspect the work and report any concerns within three (3) days of installation. Items not reported within this time frame are considered accepted if they meet manufacturer standards and installation requirements.
Product Characteristics & Disclaimers
Textured Shower Floors & Drainage
Textured shower floors are designed to improve slip resistance for safety. Due to the nature of slip-resistant textures, small amounts of residual moisture may remain on the surface after use. This is normal and should not be confused with standing water or improper drainage. Residual moisture on textured surfaces is not considered a defect or installation issue.
Cultured Marble Showers & Tops (Color, Swirls, & Lighting)
Cultured marble products may feature single or multiple color swirls and patterns. Each piece is unique, and final appearance may vary from samples and photos. Color tone, swirl density, and pattern placement may differ from one unit to another.
Lighting conditions (natural light, LED, warm vs. cool bulbs) can significantly change how colors and patterns appear in the space. Variations in lighting, wall color, and surrounding finishes may affect perceived color and contrast. These variations are normal and are not considered defects.
Laminate Countertops (Color & Seams)
Laminate countertops may show natural variations in color and pattern between sheets and batches. Seams and build-ups may be visible depending on layout and design. Slight overhang and fitment variations may occur due to wall and cabinet conditions. Laminate is not heat-proof and may be damaged by hot pans or excessive heat.
Care & Maintenance
Customers are responsible for routine cleaning and maintenance per our care guidelines. Harsh chemicals, abrasive pads, and excessive heat can damage finishes and may void warranty coverage.
Warranty
Top Products provides a one (1) year workmanship warranty from the date of installation. This warranty covers defects in workmanship that affect product performance or function.
Warranty Claim Process:
To submit a warranty claim, the customer must provide:
- A written description of the alleged defect
- Clear photos of the area(s) in question
- The original invoice or job reference number
- A full explanation of the issue and when it was first noticed

Claims submitted without photos, documentation, or a clear description of the alleged defect may be delayed or denied.
This warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Cosmetic preferences or changes in customer expectations
- Color, swirl, and pattern variations from samples or photos
- Appearance differences due to lighting conditions
- Water spotting, soap film, or routine maintenance issues
- Residual moisture on textured shower floors
- Damage from heat, chemicals, impacts, or improper use
- Damage caused by customer, other trades, or post-install modifications
- Pre-existing site conditions (out-of-level cabinets, framing issues, plumbing placement)
